Can I Visit Your Factory?

What time does your factory open and close?

Factory working hours are from Monday to Friday,starting at 8:30 am and ending at 18:00 pm every day. During this time,we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and services.

Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer with more than 13 years of experience in this industry in Guangdong,China.

Do you provide free samples?

We do not provide free samples. But the sample fee can be refunded when you order a certain quantity next time.

Can you accept customization?

Yes!We have professional R&D technicians who will tailor solutions for you. If you already have detailed design drawings,you are welcome to send them to us. We will provide you with the most professional R&D and technical support based on your needs and design drawings to ensure that your project can be successfully completed.Please kindly send your demands.

Can you provide a commercial kitchen design solution?

We can provide 3D & CAD design solutions for various catering projects like hotel kitchen,restaurant,bakery,supermarket,bar,etc. Kindly provide us your project plan.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Sample order welcome.But the more you purchase,the better discount you will enjoy.

Are the product nameplate and manual in English?

Yes,product nameplate and manual in English as default.

What about the voltage and plug of the equipment?

Products will be made with specific plugs and voltage consistent with the customer's local market.

What is the packing of the goods?

Normally products will be packed with cartons,wooden frames,or plywood cases. If there are other requirements,please advise.

How to get a quick offer for a commercial catering project?

Kindly send us the product list,the area & layout of the kitchen,the restaurant seating number,and the menu.

How is the transportation? What about door-to-door shipping?

By express,by air,and by sea,depending on the specific order and customer's choice. Door-to-door service is available for some countries and regions.

How long is your delivery time?

Generally it's 3-5 days after payment is received if the goods are in stock. Or 7-25 days when under a bulk order,upon order quantity and requirements.

What's the Best Price You Can offer?

The best price depends on the order quantity,please leave us a message with your purchase details such as Quantity,Specification,etc. We will respond to you within 24 hours.

What are your payment terms?

30% as deposit before production,70% balance before delivery.
